Biography
Dr. Degar received her medical degree from New York University School of Medicine in 1991. She subsequently completed her residency in Pediatrics at the Yale-New Haven Medical Center and her fellowship in Pediatric Hematology and Oncology at the Yale University School of Medicine in New Haven, Conn. She is an attending physician in the Jimmy Fund Clinic and at Children's Hospital Boston. Her clinical research interests are focused on acute myelogenous leukemia and the histiocytic syndromes.
