    Biography

    Dr. Cardarella received her medical degree from McGill University in 2004. She subsequently completed her residency in Internal Medicine at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and her fellowship in Medical Oncology at Dana-Farber/Partners CancerCare. In 2011, she joined the staff of Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Brigham and Women's Hospital, where she is a medical oncologist and clinical investigator in the Lowe Center for Thoracic Oncology. Dr. Cardarella's research focuses on genomic changes in lung cancer, specific targeted treatments, and their impact on the likelihood of developing brain metastases.
